身高

請站直身體，從頭頂最高點垂直量度至地面。

胸圍

保持量尺水平，環繞胸部最豐滿的部位量度一圈。

腰圍

環繞腰部最細的自然腰線量度一圈，請勿將量尺拉得過緊。

臀圍

自然站立，環繞臀部最豐滿的部位量度一圈。

Height

Measure from the top of the head to the floor while standing straight.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.

Waist

Measure around the natural waistline without pulling the tape too tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips while standing naturally.
