FAQ 

We strive to keep all of our valued customers happy. If you have an issue for any reason, please contact us at cs@kornerconcept.com immediately. We try our best to accommodate all orders, and we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Q 1: What do I do if I forgot the password of my account? 

A 1: Please go to "Login" page and click “Forgot your password?” button, you need to enter the registered email on Reset your password” page then click Submit. The system will send a reset password email to you and please follow the instruction to reset your password. 

 

Q 2: When will I receive the product(s) after my order is confirmed and paid? 

A 2: We will process your order immediately after receiving your payment which to ensure the product(s) can be sent out within 3 working days, but the delivery time will be affected by delivery destination and delivery method.  In normal situation, you can receive the product(s) within 3 to 7 working days (Working days is defined Hong Kong time from Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays). 

 

Q 3: What do I do if I didn’t receive the product(s) after 7 working days? 

A 3: If you didn’t receive the product(s) after 7 working days, please visit the website Contact Us” page and submit the enquiry form about your problem or contact our customer service department by email cs@kornerconcept.com for the arrangement. Remote areas and severe weather (under the issuance of No.8 Gale or Storm Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal) will affect the delivery time, please contact our customer service department if you have any enquiries. 

 

Q 4: What do I do If the product item(s) is incorrect, missing or defective? 

A 4: If your item has a defect or has been delivered wrongly, please visit Contact Us page and submit the enquiry form about your problems or contact our customer service department by email cs@kornerconcept.com within 7 days. Returned product(s) should be with full packaging, receipt and gift (if applicable). Please be noted that all products purchased from online shop cannot be return & exchanged in Any My Little Korner’s retail counters or shops. 

 

Q 5: Which payment method do we accept? 

A 5: We accept Bank Transfer/ Deposit, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

 

Q 6: How much is delivery charge and what is the related conditions? 

A 6: We offer free and standard delivery to Hong Kong and worldwide, if your order reaches a certain amount. Please check Shipping details here.

For the order of other regions / areas (Outside of Hong Kong), buyer needs to afford the taxes if applied.
