How to Use Warm

Microwave: Remove the cherry stone pillow from the cover. Place it in the microwave alongside ½ cup of water. Heat for 30–90 seconds at 600W until comfortably warm (approx. 40–50°C), turning halfway through for even heating.

Oven: Remove the cherry stone pillow from the cover. Warm in a preheated oven at 100–120°C for 5–8 minutes, turning halfway through.

Radiator: Remove the pillow and place it on a warm radiator for 10–15 minutes per side for slow, gentle warmth.
Always test the temperature on your hand before giving it to a child, and use under adult supervision.
How to Use Cold

Place the removable cherry stone pillow inside a clean, sealed plastic bag and freeze for 30–60 minutes. Perfect for cooling comfort or soothing minor bumps.
