Return Conditions & Policies

Product Damage

We try our best to ensure that all products are of a high quality before delivering to customers. The product(s) may be destroyed during delivery process, please reject to receive the product(s) if this happened and please contact our customer service department for arrangement within 7 days.


If you find any quality problem of product(s) within 7 days, please contact customer service department immediately for arrangement, all products purchased from online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in the retail counters or shops of My Little Korner. If the product(s) needs to return to our company, we will assign the courier to collect the product(s) and delivery charge is afforded by customers. Besides, please keep well the product(s) before collecting by courier and product(s) must be in the same condition as when originally purchased. Products you are returning should not been washed, cleaned, damaged or used. My Little Korner has absolute right to determine the condition of products. Customers need to show the valid receipt for product return under return policy.

My Little Korner does not offer warranty service, fair wear and tear is not a reason of return under policy.





如在收到貨品7天內發現當貨品品質有異,請立即通知客戶服務部作出跟進及安排,所有於網上購買之貨品均不能在My Little Korner門市作出更換或辦理退款。如證實需要退回本公司時,本公司將派員回收閣下之貨品,相關運費需由買方承擔,而於本公司抵達回收前,買方應將貨品妥善保存,而貨品亦必需為未開封、未使用、未洗滌及包裹好之樣式,以免一切不必要之損毀,所有已開啟使用及洗滌或已遭損毀之貨品,恕不接受任何換貨,My Little Korner保留鑑定貨品狀況之權利。顧客必須出示有效的收據作換貨處理。

My Little Korner並沒有保養服務,日常使用損耗並不能作退換貨論。
